Merry Christmas 2

Well Jamie Oliver & Gordon Ramsay have a lot to answer for this year. We watched their Christmas specials and had to amend our Christmas dinner menu slightly to include some of their amazing recipes. And it was well worth it. Best turkey dinner ever! I could not have down it without my helpers. Thanks Jonathan for all the help in the kitchen and to the dvr for distracting DJ!

We made the turkey butter, gravy, desserts and prepped the veggies - all ahead of time, leaving time to relax and enjoy Christmas Eve & Day. That was the plan and it almost worked out that way.
