Is it really DJ's 4th term at Kindermusik? He has gone from being the baby of the class to an old-timer; Izzy & Emma are also veterans of Our Time and the three of them are thick as thieves for the short hour they are together once a week.
This term the theme is all about Trains and Cars and Trucks - just how perfect does it get for a 'Little Boy' (another one of his fave books, Deb)
The first class of each term means a bag or box with stuff in it - CD's, story books (2), activity book and a toy. Well more of an instrument than a toy. And this one was two - 2 Harmonicas. Funny thing is DJ received a harmonica from his Auntie Alison for Christmas too, so he now has 3.
The same day as his first class back, Grandma was at our house so he had to perform for her. I should preface this next bit by saying he actually can play it! But it was the funniest thing to witness the theatrics that followed. DJ started to 'play' and Oisin decided to join in, or was he complaining? We got a little bit on video, posted here. Hilarious!
Next day, he wanted to bring the harmonica to Alana's but it mysteriously disappeared on the way over. I don't know if Alana would have appreciated that one, maybe once he has a bit more practice. And Alison, he'll be performing at your house in a matter of weeks, so Alya might want to accompany him :)
