New Boots!

On our flying visit to NYC a few weeks ago, I managed to satisfy my need to shop with a few hours in the Mall near Susie's place. One of the things we picked up was a pair of Timberland boots for DJ.

Here you see him putting them on for the first time - and wondering what laces are for! Didn't take him long to figure out how to undo double-bows and unlace them though.

For now, we are calling them dress boots - no jumping in puddles or scuffing the toes on these boots. By the time I let him get them dirty he'll have grown out of them.
