Well I may not be Laurence Llewellyn-Bowen but I do like to think I have a good eye for design – what works and what doesn’t anyway.
So, now that the movers have reunited us with our worldly possessions and the deliveries have nearly all completed (just one more due this morning), it is time to organise, decorate, rearrange, disagree about what goes where ;), rearrange again; stand back, take a look, hum & ha. . . and eventually decide we liked it where it was the first time (first instincts are usually right!)
Much as I would love to say it’s all done, we’re a long way from that. Certain rooms have taken shape easily (how many places can you put a bed?), other have been more of a challenge. So, we would like to share with you room by room as we get it done – maybe even include a photo or two along the way.
The easiest place to start seems to be the Kitchen – as it is the only one so far that is anywhere near complete.
