(E) Easter Fun

A bit of a quiet one this year - just the 3 of us and a leg of Lamb for dinner. Being a little young, DJ didn't quite get the gist of the Easter Egg Hunt, until I decided to hide Creme Eggs for Jonathan to find. Guess who found most of them. Mind you, he did have great fun making Easter Baskets and seeing the mess the Easter Bunny made at Daycare when he came to fill the baskets and of course eating the contents afterward :)

Back in Dublin, the Easter Bunny really isn't as popular (at least he wasn't when I was growing up). Come to think of it, I do remember painting & dyeing hard-boiled eggs and stories being told of rolling them down hills (after Mass of course!) But Jonathan was quite perplexed when the girls at work offered to shop for egg cases for him. For what he wanted to know . . . well now he does.

But the yummiest bit was the Cadbury's eggs Mum brought up from NYC - real Cadbury's yum, yum delicious. No I am not hiding them Hun - just rationing them :)
